We handle casting, studio arrangement, and recording which is conducted within our 6 in-house studios. We have direct contact with virtually any voice actor in Japan as well as a database of experienced narrators native in over 20 languages. Our consolidated talent casting and coordination system means that we are highly flexible and can easily adapt to sudden changes in schedule.
We provide high-quality localization and adaptation services that keep every voiceover technically precise, culturally consistent, and production-ready under tight timelines. We support localization in Japanese, Chinese, Korean and more, backed by multilingual interpretation and creative direction from our expert staff to guide efficient, accurate recording sessions.
Monitor your recordings in real time from anywhere in the world via Zoom, Google Meet, or Source-Connect. We provide you with a direct feedback loop between your team, our studio staff, and your favorite voice talents. Our multilingual staff provides hands-on direction throughout the session, ensuring quality results no matter where you are.
Define character profiles and performance needs.
We're happy to discuss budgets, casting, and creative direction through any of the major video or email platforms. We're extremely flexible and can either take complete control of the creative process or closely follow your project specifications. Feel free to contact us any time!
Once we have a clear understanding of your project vision, we will provide you with an estimate in USD or JPY, and prepare NDA's and outsourcing agreements as necessary. As soon as we've reached an agreement and have enough information to begin the casting process we will be ready to move forward with narrator/voice actor bookings.
We offer localization and adaptation services to ensure that only the highest quality scripts are delivered by our studios. Our experienced staff will ensure authentic and natural-sounding voiceovers that adhere to any technical requirements or time constraints, while maintaining consistency in tone and characterization.
Every voice session is led by an experienced audio director.
Recording sessions can be held in any of our 6 state-of-the-art recording studios in Tokyo, with detailed studio specifications and samples available upon request. We offer remote recording sessions with multilingual interpreters for all overseas clients via Zoom, Source Connect, etc. to ensure a seamless recording experience.
Files are provided in your preferred format and always on schedule.
Fully edited audio files are delivered within 3-5 business days of the final recording as uncompressed .wav files. We are also happy to provide raw audio files immediately after the recording session for clients with tight deadlines.
